Next Generation - Non-Guitar 'Hero' Games 'Very Likely'

When asked what RedOctane holds in store beyond Guitar Hero, president and co-founder Kai Huang said, "The next logical step within this category is to make other music instrument-based games. What most people have been asking for and would want next are products that we're likely already working on."

There is already a company making (or at least about to) higher end guitars for GH, unfortunatly their first guitar is the flying V and I'm not a big fan of the flying V.. I'm, holding out for a starburst les paul. I'm also planning on painting my existing guitars over the next couple of weeks. I';; post pictures if they aren't embarrassing.

So far my favorite custom GH controller is the one on the left in this picture:


Yes it works, although it only has 4 buttons (easy and medium only) and they are apparently painfully far apart.
